All work that we perform and supply to customers is done subject to a Licence and standard Terms & Conditions.

These documents provide you with rights regarding quality of work we perform and they protect our intellectual property rights as well as issues such as payment. The forms that we use are industry standard documents created by the AIPA and the *nzipp. These two organisations are the professional bodies who represent photographers, educate on industry issues and provide customers with evidence of a photographers technical skill and business professionalism.

There are two parts:

The Licence includes details of who may use the photographs and the intended purpose for which they are supplied.

The Terms & Conditions which many would call "the fine print".
