Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to create photographs that are perfect. We are only human and sometimes the results are not 100%. To provide protection for our customers we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee.

In the unlikely event that your photographs are not up to our usual standards, such as prints being damaged in transit or where the subject has blinked we will either repair, replace, reshoot or refund.

We want to protect our reputation and hence in the rare occassions that there is a problem we select the option that is most beneficial to both the customer and studio.

Repair

Where the fault can be corrected in the studio by digital manipulation or other means we will perform this for you at no cost.

Please note: This does not apply to faults outside the direct control of the photographer. Faults such as cosmetic blemishes are deemed out of the photographers control and hence we are not liable for.

Replace
If the prints are damaged or lost during transit to you we will replace them
Reshoot
If there is the possiblity of reshooting the photo and it is practical for both the subject(s) and the studio we will perform a reshoot
Refund
The last resort where none of the above options are practical.


You are further protected by clauses in our Terms and Conditions and the Consumers Guarantees Act.

If you feel that any work we have provided to you is not up to the standard you expected, please contact the studio, we consider every instance on a case by case basis. Ultimately we want you to be satisfied.
